Local Context

Why Brisbane is different

Brisbane's gross regional product hit $188.45 billion in the year to June 2025, up 3.0% on the year before, off the back of an economy that grew 16% in the four years to 2024: a pace of business formation and investment that means Brisbane websites need to be built for growth, not just for the business's current size. A site built for a smaller, static Brisbane doesn't hold up as the business scales with the city.

With South-East Queensland's population growth extending well beyond Brisbane into the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich and the Sunshine Coast, many Brisbane businesses are also serving a genuinely regional customer base earlier in their growth than businesses in more geographically contained cities. We build Brisbane sites with that regional service area and future scale in mind from the architecture stage, rather than retrofitting it later.

What we know about this market

Brisbane's tech and digital workforce is expanding quickly. Queensland's technology sector already contributes around $15 billion to the state economy and is projected to more than double in size by 2035, which has raised the baseline for site performance, accessibility and technical quality that Brisbane customers and competitors now expect.
