How we work

    We start with the list and the lifecycle, not the platform. Where a subscriber actually enters determines flow architecture and segmentation before any platform setup begins.

    Automated flows and one-off campaigns are two different disciplines. Flows run on autopilot and typically carry the highest return per email sent; campaigns get the same testing rigour as a paid channel.

    Platform choice follows the business. Klaviyo and Omnisend both do ecommerce lifecycle marketing well, and we run dedicated practices in both rather than defaulting every client onto one tool.
